Very standard interview process for tech companies. 1. Recruiter Screen, 2. Hiring Manager Interview, 3. Panel Interview with peers and other managers as well as a demo QBR. My recruiter was friendly, though we did have to reschedule a couple of times for the initial screen. I recommend being thorough with your communication with your recruiter throughout the process, for instance I quickly learned that for my individual recruiter, text messaging was the most efficient way to communicate. I also received a system generated email in error during the process. I asked my recruiter as soon as I received it and was quickly alerted to the fact that it was a mistake. I enjoyed the interview process with DocuSign and really felt like my recruiter advocated strongly for me, especially during the negotiation. Though a lot is out of your control, you must be diligent and control what you can during any interview process. I think this approach is part of the reason I had a positive experience.

Not so bad interview process. All are kind. Provided insight in to role. Able to answer difficult questions. Series of different phases makes for good separate talks. Be ready to understand how an API works

Virtual and very good experience overall though they were vague about how many interviews their were a every time I thought I was done they’d schedule two more. Everyone was nice though and it was very conversational.

Seamless and enjoyable interview process. Both the lead recruiter and recruiting coordinator were incredibly accessible and transparent about the process and keeping me updated. Entire process took about 2 weeks with 4 calls and one presentation. Everyone I met with was energetic and took the time to understand my background and answer all questions DocuSign! This by far was the most efficient interview process I’ve been a part of.
