I was approached by DocuSign recruiter by LinkedIn, I did not apply for any open role neither was looking for opportunities.
Had an initial screening call with a US based recruiter, who was very kind and attentive.
She scheduled further 1:1 interviews along the following weeks with some company executives.
A month later from the initial contact I have been reached by recruiting to let me know that I was not qualified to move forward for the original role which I was running for.
I was proposed to run for a different hiring process for a way lower position, even lower coverage and job role than my current role in my current job!
I felt deeply disrespected since I was the one approached by the company and have never applied to any position at DocuSign. This situation deeply damaged the company image for me from a candidate experience perspective.
