Recruiter was so useless she failed to schedule any interview.. This company need to revamp their hiring process. They do not train their employee on how to conduct interview nor HR knows how to stay transparent. I doubt they can hire any decent talent with such arrogance. Imagine they r not even close to good companies in Bay area....
