I received an email from a US based recruiter, we scheduled the interview by Zoom the next day. She asked typical HR interview questions and the next day I did an interview via Zoom with the job manager. Asked some technical questions and I really met all the requirements for the opportunity. This done, I was 2 weeks without any feedback! After charging by email, I had a face-to-face interview with the manager that was just like the Zoom interview we did earlier and he supplemented it with benefits information. I was another 1 week with no return and I covered again for feedback. An appointment was made with the head of HR, which was exactly the same as the first. He told me that gonna gave me a return until the end of the week and once again I had no return. A week later I sent an email asking about next steps and was informed that the hiring area had already chosen another candidate.
Weak, disorganized and disrespectful selection process!

The interview process went well. The interviewer came prepared , had reviewed my resume/background and was transparent about already being in talks with a candidate in the final round. I appreciated it!

Question 1
How would you go about managing an Enterprise customer transformation?
My interview process for the Product Consultant role at DocuSign was both engaging and insightful. It started with a recruiter call, where we discussed my background and why I was interested in joining DocuSign. This initial conversation was casual and focused on getting to know me and my experience.
Next, I had an interview with the hiring manager, where we went deeper into my skills, past projects, and how I’ve worked with clients in similar roles. They also shared more about the role and what they were looking for in a candidate, which helped me better understand the expectations.
The final stage was a panel interview with team members from different departments. This part was collaborative and involved scenario-based questions to gauge my problem-solving abilities and how I’d handle various challenges in the role. The team was welcoming, and the process felt like a two-way conversation, where I also had the chance to ask questions about their work and culture.
Overall, the experience was thorough yet friendly, and it reinforced my excitement about joining DocuSign.
