      J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Docusign en déc. 2018

      Entretien

      Standard, initially. Sourced via an internal recruiter who then handed me over to a more senior recruiter. 1. Standard screening w/ the senior recruiter. 2. Phone interview with hiring manager - hiring manager was very nice, but seemed over her head or had not yet gone through Interview Training. Interview was very static, like standard questions read from a list. Talked minimally about the role, company and other expected areas. 3. Bounced ahead, but next interview was with the same person, only a video conference this time - which was fine, expected. Gound Hog Day expereince as the exact same questions were asked...and it became clear the "list" of questions were more for a entry-level position or possibly early-mid career oriented, and when questions were asked, they seemed to negatively impact the process...like it was scripted? Was very surprised given the positive reviews and general good press DocuSign seemed to have and that they were looking for a more experienced, senior resource?

      Not so bad interview process. All are kind. Provided insight in to role. Able to answer difficult questions. Series of different phases makes for good separate talks. Be ready to understand how an API works

      Virtual and very good experience overall though they were vague about how many interviews their were a every time I thought I was done they’d schedule two more. Everyone was nice though and it was very conversational.

      Seamless and enjoyable interview process. Both the lead recruiter and recruiting coordinator were incredibly accessible and transparent about the process and keeping me updated. Entire process took about 2 weeks with 4 calls and one presentation. Everyone I met with was energetic and took the time to understand my background and answer all questions DocuSign! This by far was the most efficient interview process I’ve been a part of.
