It was a phone call interview with HR and then an in person interview with a panel of two; I was told it went great but it took forever to get a response (maybe 1-2 weeks after interview) and finally I was told I wasn't chosen but I don't know why. I had the credentials plus a great interview and relevant experience. Also, I was bothered that it didn't start on time (they were late), as I had to get to my job on time and I'm not sure if that had anything to do with anything.
