This was followed by a challenging technical exam that required an in-depth understanding of HTML, CSS, and React—emphasizing the importance of not overlooking CSS. The process continued with a 1-on-1 interview with a senior engineer, where technical skills and problem-solving abilities were further assessed. The final stage, and perhaps the most unique, was a 1-on-1 session with the CTO, which served as both a motivational talk and an inspirational moment, aiming to inspire candidates irrespective of the hiring outcome.
