Entretien
Had a initial interview with the recruitment company, tomahawk recruitment, and after I was put forward I got an email from Docebo eight days later.
They said they were impressed and offered multiple dates/times for an interview. I enthusiastically accepted their earliest date and time.
After that they became completely unresponsive even ignoring the recruiter. About four days past and no response
The day of the interview past, no response the whole day, and the next day I found out the recruiter tried calling me (and left a voice mail) on Docebo'a behalf to cancel the interview. The interview was at 12PM and this phone call was at 10:24AM. The recruiter knew I was busy yet decided instead of using text or email he would use the form I'm most likely to miss.
Docebo could of contacted me directly or use the already existing email chain between me, Docebo, and the recruiter. Instead they got someone else to do it, never explained their actions, never apologized, etc. Nothing from them.
One of their values is apparently accountability. That's obviously a lie.
