My experience with the interview and hiring process at Docebo was fabulous! Ashlee was very communicative and explained the entire hiring process to me and all the steps! She kept in touch thru out the entire process while I was meeting with the Leaders and also checked in to see if I had any questions after each step! The recruitment team seems disorganized and unprepared for initial calls. This began the experience off with a lack of care and candidate appreciation. The questions asked were very standard and lacked innovation which felt uneasy.
