One of the worst interview experiences I have had. I had to continually follow up to receive any sort of feedback or next steps. And even then, email responses would take days or weeks.
They reached out to references before even deciding if I had the role, wasting their time.
One reference emailed with their availability and never received a response back.
They were constantly pausing and restarting their interview/hiring process and it took about 6 months from end to end.
It should not be this difficult to find the right candidate and they should not be questioned about if “they really want the role” at every turn.
Horrible experience all around
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself and your experience. What interests you in our company?
3+ month process of meeting with the director of community engagement for various stages of get-to-know-you questions. Then more in-depth interviews regarding past employment and skills. Followed by a meeting with the president of the company. This all culminated in a slide deck presentation and fixed scenario questions.

Former management project you initiated and completed with timeline, results, and pit falls.

Too long. Frustrating.
From first contact to last contact, the process took 8 weeks.
1. Phone Screen with the Director (30 min)
2. Interview with another Team Member (30 min)
3. Interview with Director (60 min)
4. Panel Presentation (60 minutes)
I chased interviews after my phone screen, I sent multiple follow-up emails at every stage, and I did not receive the topic prompt until 3 days before my presentation.
4 interviews are too many. Wasted time and energy, I feel as though you should know the right candidate at 3 maximum. I did not interview for a CEO/VP role.
I appreciate what the organization is trying to accomplish but the process just for an interview is a huge red flag.
Advise: Look elsewhere, don't waste your time here.
