For this position, I was interviewed by the Special Education Director and her Administrative Secretary. The progression of the interview is as followed: Both the Director and Administrative Secretary verbally prompted several questions, in which the interviewee was requested to verbally respond, pertaining to previous experience collaborating within the Special Education Community, how to work with a student to overcome any academic, emotional, and social difficulties, and such. Once the Interviewee has answered all desired questions, they are granted the opportunity to elaborate upon any pending concerns and/or questions they would desire to be answered.
