Multiple rounds of emailing then ultimately one face-to-face interaction. They seemed pretty relaxed After the face-to-face interaction, about a week went by before hearing anything back. They eventually called me and I accepted on the spot.

It went well! The work environment seemed welcoming (and a quiet place to work). And, my interviews were polite and down to earth guys. The interview is an assessment of your personality and the experience(s) you've had in the tech world.
