I applied to Disruptive Online. The Process took 4 weeks total. I first interviewed with a big group where they did group interviews. I then interviewed with a team leader who said he was interested in having me on his team so he had me come in and shadow a couple people on his team and have a small interview with him. After 3 weeks and 2 follow up emails of trying to reach him, he got back with me and said that they had decided to go with a different candidate. Overall, no real complaints besides the amount of time that it takes for them to get back to you.
