I completed, Technical round and met one of the VP(Vasanth Ram Srivatsan) in the manager round. He asked basic questions only not advanced but they are doing seems AI & IoT. once done the interview HR(Ruchita P/Sainath) said she will get back to me in a couple of days. I did not receive a call from her and there was no update. I sent an email/SMS/Whatsapp after 3 weeks asking for an update and received a ridiculous reply from the HR "The requirement is on hold and we are currently hiring freshers". In Email invitation : "There are lot more interesting things you will get to know about DISPRZ as we meet in-person. Do keep fingers crossed for the discussion as we are also excited to be hosting you. Looking forward to have you!" :) :) I would have appreciated if she had given me the correct reason but this is poor way of treating someone who has show interest in your organisation. This clearly depicts the kind of HR policies this company would frame. Thank god i did not receive an offer and join this organisation. My advise : if you want to Hire or retain real talent, you have to treat them the same way you would like to be treated. My request to others : Please do not waste your time and talent.
