It is carried out in groups and online. A manager in finance and a manager in the internal control department will ask you questions about your experience and case analysis. They also outline the job description that you are going to expect in your work.
Quick and easy, tested mostly disney knowledge ie number of parks, the characters and how you work with children. Nothing much technical as it was the disney cultural program. passed to the next round but did not proceed as i had received a better offer elsewhere.

straightforward, very kind process where we had to chat with many different people in the organization. Overall nice process and would apply again. It seemed like a great time that i would want to work for someday
