They scheduled a call just to let me know that they’re not proceeding with my application, which felt frustrating and unnecessary. I had hoped for a more thorough discussion about my candidacy, but instead, it felt like a waste of my time.

Friendly and easy process. My interview was via teams given good tips before having the interview itself via email. Interviewers we’re friendly and I didn’t feel too much pressure due to that

Entretien
The interview process took about a week. A phone call interview and a face to face interview in their branch. I interviewed at the Glasgow branch and my interviewer was amazing.

Question 1
They asked questions about the company’s values. A time you had to speak up, a time you worked with your team to solve an issue, a time you took ownership of a situation and a time you received a good customer service. After the competency based questions, there’s also a script reading whereby the interviewer acts as a customer and you act as a customer service to handle the customer’s complaints, an instruction is given regarding this.
