Very nice, friendly, knowledgeable. I enjoyed working for this company. Would recommend friends and family to Direct Auto and life insurance it was a tremendous experience and I learned so much.

My interview process was quite easy and convenient. The managers I spoke with gave me a good breakdown of the job. I look foward to seeing how the job actually works out.

They asked me what is a situation that occurred that I was able to calm a customer down in.
The interview process was Average and simple interview questions. I Had two interviews though. One of the interviews was through zoom amd the other was a phone interview with a recruiter who did a great job keeping in touch.
