It was not too difficult; mainly about experience and scenarios; they do prefer people with food service background and bilingual is a major plus!! I would suggest to read more about your resume and be prepared to talk about situations

was easy, didn't have to do to much. You have to be competent, though, the job is very labor-intensive and requires a lot of multitasking. They are the biggest restaurant in NYC after all.

The interview was located in a building in downtown. Everyone was given a time slot, so I did not have to wait long until it is my turn. The interview itself was quick and straightforward. It was really efficient. Interviewer was also really friendly.

you have to make a video audition which is awkward. also you MUST be clean-shaven to be considered. with a razor, not a trimmer. they laughed at me when i said i have never used a razor but will learn how
