You meet with a manager, and interview for about 15 minutes--maybe even longer depending on positions and their interest in you. They ask you about prior work experience--all really basic questions about strengths and weaknesses, availability, etc.

It was pretty easy going. There wasn’t any situational questions. I would say just be yourself. And you will get the job. I have been working there for a long time .
