It was nice, had several rounds. The introductory round, the technical round and the final round with regional managers. The technical interview involved hands on practicals of the Commcare solution.

How would you address people who came late for training?
The Interview Process consisted of two stages. First there was an interview with the hiring team and then I was given technical tasks to complete (build a simple app with their platform, write app usage instructions and draft a project plan)
Straightforward questions regarding technical skills on app building, soft skills such as communication, dealing with stress, and project management. Questions were as to be expected in any job interview. Kind interviewers, kept me updated along the entire process.
