I went through three interviews. One with the store manager, one with the assistant store manager and then one with the cosmetics manager. The whole process took about 2 weeks to complete/
Very quick and easy. Basic interview questions.
Just show some product knowledge or make up and that you are there to help build customers confidence and you’re for sure. Get the job when I interviewed. I interviewed with two separate people for two days and the third day I was offered a position.

Came in and met multiple levels of management.
Talked about schedule, pay, expectations, etc and insurance.
Talked about how to use computers and clocking in and lunchbreaks.

Easy, Asked about my background and experience related to the position. Only had to do one interview and if you get the job you do training for about two weeks.
