Applied online, got a call a couple days later to schedule an interview. I went to the interview the next day and it went VERY well. The questions were all easy and had mostly to do with my past work experience and education. I met with two managers and they were both impressed with my application. They basically wanted to hired me on the spot. I, however, didn't like how sales heavy the company was (something I didn't know about until after I scheduled the interview) and followed my gut and declined the offer the next day. The interview was itself was easy and the managers were quite friendly. It was a positive interview that got me experience if nothing else.
Standard interview, quite short (20 minutes) for the first round. Asked about past experience, sales skills, expected pay, and my future goals at the company. Interviewers were very nice and welcoming, made the experience much less intimidating!
Not sure what to expect. When I spoke to the manager it felt very condescending and off putting. The interview was fine but they exaggerated the amount of commission associates can make and didn’t even give me a chance to agree to a job offer just assumed that I would take it. I don’t have very high hopes about how it will be working there. When I came in for my interview one associate didn’t even greet me like she did the last customer and the energy of the atmosphere just felt super dull and soulless. I need this job on my resume as a fashion business student for internships so I’ll push through but not at all optimistic about the work environment.
