It was a three-stage interview process that went over a 2/3 week period.
First interview with a recruiter, second with Diligent Customer Service Director and Third with Customer Service Hiring Manager. 3rd Interview was the most in depth and difficult. First was informal and casual, second wasn't very formal more just an overview of the company and so they can get to know you.

Entretien
It was a two step interview process which took about 14 days from the recruiter reaching out initially to completing interviews to getting the job offer. The first interview was quiet informal and very much conversation based with someone from the company located in America. Interview one was more a run through of the role and an opportunity for you to ask questions. Interview two on the other hand was a very formal, competency based interview.
Information regarding your educational background - college degree etc. Be prepared to answer questions as to why would you want to work for Diligent if you hold such a degree
