This was probably the worst interview of my life. No exaggeration. To begin with, I reached 10 minutes before the scheduled time but was made to wait one whole hour before my interview could start. After that, I met with two members of the HR team (neither of whom apologized for keeping me waiting for so long). The manager was fine but the junior HR was outright rude. She constantly interrupted me while I was answering the questions and even almost mocked me for asking some questions about the role. After that experience I didn’t ever bother to follow up for an update and needless to say I didn’t get any feedback from their end either. My genuine advise to them would be to please respect people’s time and learn some interviewing skills.

Interviews were 3 rounds. Recruiter Screen, Interviews with Team, and then a final round with the team lead. Process was relatively quick and straightforward. Though I will note that the duration of your interview process may vary depending on how the company is doing financially.
