Digitas was very responsive - it was less than a week after submitting my resume when i was called for a preliminary phone interview. After a quick assessment over the phone, i was asked to come into interview with 4 team members over the course of a couple hours in the afternoon.

I was brought in to meet with three folks, two of whom would be direct bosses and one was part of the business. Prior to this I had a phone interview / screen by HR. Once approved by both, I worked with HR to finalize comp.
