One phone interview with a recruiter - basic questions about yourself and past work experience. 2 hour interview with 4 people (30 mins each) with people from the team you're interviewing for (normally two associates and two managers). They ask you questions about projects you've worked on in the past, ask about your collaboration skills and be prepared to talk about what campaigns/advertisements you've liked in the past both from Digitas and other advertising agencies and why you liked them.
