I was called by a recruiter and we discussed my previous experience and my resume. Discussed salary requirements, job location, some benefits. I was then called for an in person interview with one of the processing managers. Very relaxed interview. Went over my resume and my experience. Asked what I'm looking for a in a job, and discussed the job I was applying for. Discussed the company a little bit and benefits. I had the opportunity to ask questions. Two days later I was called by the recruiter and offered a position pending background, drug test, previous employer check and a credit check. I was worried about the credit check because mine isn't perfect, but everything went thru. I think they're mostly looking for bankruptcy, other big things. The entire process took about 10 days I think. Then it was another 3 or 4 days before I started because I had to wait for the next training class to start.

Very smooth, the questions were not hard. I felt like it was kind of unprofessional and I could tell they were asking basic questions and would hire just about anyone. Not sure about this company. Seems very unprofessional and sketchy.

There was a telephone conversation from HR that went over my experience. Was then directed to take three tests regarding mortgages. HR graded tests and I passed so they called Supervisor to come down and interview me there on-site. Then went in for one on one. Person doing interview acted like she wished she was anywhere but there.
