I was approached by the company MD Richard Manso on linked in for a role with them. I set up a call with the MD but was very disgusted with his mannerisms and lack of regard to a conversation which he wanted to set up!! Starting off with a lousy introductuon about the business and asking me only the reasons why I left my last companies and finishing with asking me what my managers have said about me in the past??? Sorry is this what an interview is nowadays? The man is definitely not okay in the head to think he can walk around being so rude to people he doesn’t even know. Business owner or not. Do not use this company.
