First part of the interview process was a phone screen with HR. From there I was scheduled for a video interview with the hiring manager. The final step was an on-site interview with (3) managers. After completing all steps, I was ghosted by the recruiter even after following up with him. Disappointing to invest so much time and not get the respect of at least an e-mail stating I wasn't selected.
