After a video interview I was contacted by an HR rep asking to follow up that Thursday or Friday. I called and she was on vacation (only a day after asking me to call). Followed up through email later and phone interview was scheduled. Contacted HR again to follow up after not hearing back from the manager within timeframe given and she said she would be in touch and never got back to me. This interview was a joke. So unprofessional.
