There are five or six process for the interview.
1. Telephonic interview from Consultant.
2. Telephonic Technical interview from India Branch.
3. One on One interview in Delhi branch.
4. HR Round from US Headquarter.
5. Technical round from US Headquarter.

There are normal questions related to profile and skill sets. They need very strong skill sets in that required profile. they also desire good inter personal skills and team build up skills.
