An informal 30 min chat with the Director of Marketing. I was then sent a test via email at an agreed suitable time to complete and submit within 3 hours. They did not respond to let me know the outcome of the interview. Obviously I didn't get the role but ronically I'm glad I didn't after attending interview and completing a lengthy test not to even get a response shouts very clearly... a company I don't want to work for.
