I had interview where one person on video taking interview and there are atleat 2 folks behind the seen and then appear as surprise. Why someone want to do that not sure. It was easy level of interview on usual line but nothing great. After 2 weeks they call and say it's postive and we will go-ahead with offer please send your details etc Then no response for 1 week and next week they come and say sorry can't afford you. A typical Indian mindset to see if they can hire on less package. A sorry state of affair when you do leadership hiring and decided to go and say not in budget which you know from day 1. So that's just an excuse. Better to avoid companies to work as they don't hire leadership level to grow. They just wanted to hire you slog and deliver. What I like is Virat Kohli is brand ambassador of this company. I believe he will also move out if he start seeing this reviews. Avoid these kinds of companies where growth mindset is flawed from top.
