After all interviews are completed, the organization reviews feedback and makes a final decision, which may be followed by an offer or a request for additional interviews.
bad - not expert interviewer - late for interview and somehow rude
not a good experience at all and I do not recommend this company to anyone. I hope they change their negative attitude toward candidates
3 rounds of interviews consisting of algorithms, technical and HR, easy and straightforward.
As an interview to recruit a senior I was expecting more challenges. But it was proffessionally organized and very diciplined.
The interview has 3 parts. The first one was the algorithm, the second was live coding and system design, and the third one was the hr interview. After that, if you had answered the questions correctly you would be hired.
