J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Digi-Key Electronics (Thief River Falls, MN)
Entretien
The proccess takes 3 months if you get called back for a second, on-site interview.
There are two interviews: one for screening and the other to see if the IT teams on-site want you to work with them.
Screening: Not much talk about technical terms. Did talk about projects I've worked on.
Felt more like a conversation than an interview, but that's because they're trying to see how you'd fit outside of a formal setting.
On-site: Initially overwhelmed by all of the teams that I had to meet, but eventually felt more at ease by how friendly and welcoming they were. I made sure to show my motivation and because I was talking to so many groups, I made sure to ease my own tension by being welcoming to them.
J'ai passé un entretien chez Digi-Key Electronics (Thief River Falls, MN)
Entretien
Very easy, simple programming question just to make sure I could program my way out of a box. Nothing out of the ordinary, standard interview questions and process. I was not lead on or ghosted and received answers/follow ups in an adequate and timely manner.
Initial interview was introductory and friendly. A second interview was more technical with team leads from database administration, web, and ERP teams. I think Digi-Key is a great place looking to teach people and hires for personality as much as technical potential.
