They ghosted me after going through the entire interview process... Here's a run-down of the interview process: 1. 15-min phone screen with the recruiter. 2. 1-hour interview with the hiring manager (plan for 2h on your calendar as it is very likely to go overtime). The hiring manager was very approachable and explained the position/company in detail. 3. 1-hour interview with the hiring manager and director (again, plan for an extra buffer as it is very likely to go overtime). Had a surprise exericise/case study in which the director played an arrogant customer in a simulated situation. Understanding it was to simulate an extreme customer-facing situation, the attitude was still borderline unprofessional (profanity was used). 4. 30-min casual cultural interview with the team. Overall experience: The team is very young and passionate but some respect to the candidates would be appreciated, especially for candidates who spent time and effort through the entire interview process.
