After speaking (at lenght) with three people for the position, December I get a call from RH congratulating me for having landed the job! But that they would only be able to give me a formal job offer on January due to internal matters. No problem, right? Well, it's now May, and no updates from them, even to inform me that the company chose to go with someone else, or that all hires had been suspended until further notice. Nothing.
Very unprepared and amateur RH, no respect to potential future employees.
