I applied online and got the interview one week after I submitted my application. An associate e-mailed to confirm the time. I walked into their office and two interns there interviewed me in the first place. Then I got a paper exam that consists of two parts, valuation and accounting. It took an hour to finish and then I was interviewed by the associate.

It was primarily fit. Basic investment banking technicals. Alot of it was done over the phone. In the end, just go in confidently and be yourself and you should be fine.
