Professional yet casual, they asked everything you'd expect in a typical interview - strengths, weaknesses, how can your experiences aid us here - but as this was an internship they were more willing to be casual and talk about college experiences (this was for a position for current college students). Overall it wasn't too bad, a bit of thinking on your feet to match your experiences with their expectations, but reasonable and personable.
