J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Dexian (Portland, OR) en juin 2024
Entretien
The recruiters, yes plural, are unprofessional and will ghost you. I was contacted three times by a Dexian recruiter for roles and I spoke with a recruiter two out of the three times. There seems to be a large group of recruiters at this company.
The first recruiter did not follow through on the interview process despite searching and contacting me for a role. I was weary about the second recruiter who contacted me and e-mailed back with no response. I was not surprised with the ghosting.
A group of unprofessional and unresponsive recruiters.

Entretien
Entrevista inicial com o rh para verificacao de requisitos e espectativas, nivel de ingles, questionamentos referente a ultimo emprego ou funcao atual, detalhamento de atividades e explicacoes referente a vaga. Processo ocorreu de forma simples e objetiva
I was contacted by two recruiters from this company regarding an open position. After an initial exchange of messages and providing the information they requested, communication suddenly stopped without any follow-up or feedback.
While I understand that hiring processes can change and priorities may shift, completely discontinuing communication without notice is unprofessional and disrespectful to candidates who invest their time and effort in the process.
A simple courtesy message or status update would have demonstrated respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience left a very poor impression of the company’s candidate management and communication standards.
As a seasoned Project Manager with over 17 years of professional experience, I expect a basic level of professionalism and courtesy from recruiting teams—especially when they initiate contact. Unfortunately, my recent experience with Dexian fell far short of that standard.
A Dexian recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn regarding a Project Manager opportunity. I promptly responded, expressing interest and enthusiasm in learning more. Days passed with no reply. I followed up again a week later to confirm if the opportunity was still active or if they had moved forward with another candidate. Still, no response.
Being contacted, only to be completely ghosted after showing interest, is not only disrespectful of my time and expertise—it reflects poorly on Dexian’s values and recruiting practices. This kind of unprofessional behavior undermines trust and damages the candidate experience, especially for senior professionals who approach opportunities with serious intent.
Recruiting should be about building relationships, not burning bridges. I sincerely hope Dexian reviews and improves its communication standards moving forward.
