I received an email to answer some basic questions about myself, and then they asked if I can come in for an in person interview. About an hour after my interview I received a call that they would like to offer me the job. Then, within a few hours I received an email to formally accept the offer.

It was very simple and easy. I just had an interview with one manager from inside sales department and she asked me couple questions and I got an offer after 2 hours
