Face to face interview.
The interviewer was a little bias because of my age.
Showed no interest what so ever.
I wasn't able to know if there was a little more than a few weeks and organized team of the company
Trois entretiens ont été menés : technique, fonctionnel et ressources humaines.
L'équipe a démontré un professionnalisme irréprochable.
Bien que je n'aie pas rejoint le groupe Devoteam, je recommande cette entreprise. Les entretiens sont conformes aux pratiques habituelles des ESN, et Devoteam a fait preuve d'un grand professionnalisme.

Processo rápido, primeiro contacto por chamada onde apresentam uma proposta rápida para saber se faz sentido para nós a posição, segundo contacto reunião por meet, perguntas centradas na posição a contratar, dão sempre resposta depois da entrevista. Processo dividido em três fases.
First interview with Human Resources and a second interview with a manager where it was explored previous experiences and ambitions.
Very informal conversation with inputs from both sides which led to an offer form the company
