Panel interview with senior management. Most questions were situational, in the format of " what would you do if," or " tell me about a situation when". Each panel member asked a question relative to their area of expertise with regards to leadership, supervision, program creation, child welfare, and qualitative analysis.

The interview was great and extremely beneficial. I see a lot of possibilities with this company. They provided an excellent insight into the company structure, how they service the children and more.
