around 1.2 hrs, two or three interviewers will pull up a packet that is filled with questions and scenarios. Some are ranking most valued qualities to a child's treatment, how would you handle emergency situations, how would you communicate with team members, etc. Pretty much they would write notes as you answer
There is a phone interview then an in person interview. They ask a series of questions to understand if you are trustworthy to work with children. The process was very smooth and I was introduced to people that would be my direct managers. Very in-depth process that allowed for an understanding what the job would entail.

Entretien
The interview process was honestly very quick and easy. You have to go to Orlando to do a drug test and fingerprints but other then that everything was easy
