On Campus interview was schedules basis academic credentials. Present ranking in the class helped to get a shortlist. Candidates were often asked to chose the topic. Resume should be clean and any error there would lead to rejection of candidature

Entretien
As consultants, knowledge is everything. As DCPL is mostly into power plant design consultancy, most of the questions asked are related to power plants i.e. Thermal power plant, Nuclear power plants and Solar / Non-conventional source of energy. Also, if the person has less than a year experience, expect to be questioned on the projects undertaken during undergraduate course.
Most of the people working here are very friendly and engineering dept. mostly consist of young and energetic people. Only problem is that they do not encourage extra curricular activities within their employees explicitly.
