I saw the position on LinkedIn, sent my resume, and was contacted for an interview. It lasted a bit over half an hour, where they gave me more details about the role and everything seemed fine. They told me they’d send me the skill test shortly after, but that never happened. I followed up by email asking for an update (one week later), and ended up being ghosted. The job post was removed, and they added other part-time positions. It would be great if they at least had the decency to reply to an email rejecting me or making a random excuse.
