The DoHR screened my application with a brief question about my resume. In that same email I got scheduled for a tech interview with the IT Director. The interviewer looked at skills targeted to the industry specific requirements. A follow up email and that got pointed out by the DoHR after she spoke with the IT Director - that was what they were looking for.
