Everyone at the interview was welcoming and friendly. Not too tricky questions. I had it during COVID so it was zoom interview with 2 rounds. mostly focused on my portfolio and basic background chat

I interviewed 3 times with Design Workshop. Once they met me in my city for lunch, once on teams/zoom with more people, and I visited their office once. Overall, the interviews seemed pretty standard. The questions were a little more personal and about my design process and specific interests that other companies. I showed my portfolio twice. Once on zoom and again in person. They were difficult to reach and coordinate with during the interview process. It took much longer than other interview experiences at other firms.
