I didn't appreciate the lack of human connection at the end of my interview process when letting me know they wouldn't be moving forward with me. After all my calls with recruiting and my 1-on -1's with the team, I received a generic two-sentence email telling me they were moving on with other applicants. A solid interview process should be consistent throughout. If a candidate isn't a fit, don't just push them to the side. Super classless!

First interview was with an under qualified and incompetent internal recruiter. She asked basic questions and you could tell she was reading from a script. T
his was followed by a writing test that is used because the agency is bereft of ideas. You never hear back from the agency after completing the writing test.
