I applied through LinkedIn for a remote position. It was a two step interview process.
First step

Second step

Interview with CTO. Normal questions.
After these two steps, they asked for reference.

This is a video Interview, after introduction, they start to ask me some technical questions, this is a short interview, I remember just about 30 min? or 40 min only ... Because I m not convenience to talk in my current company office, I go to my building Lobby to receive the Interview call, maybe line receiving or out-door environment issue, my performance is not so good.
